In 2020, he noticed the same types of paper-based logs and checklists he used as a unit secretary at Northwestern Memorial Hospital 15 years ago were still being used at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He couldn’t believe there weren’t new ways to perform regulatory audits and easily access life-saving checklists. With 20 years of experience as a software developer and advanced degrees in public health epidemiology, biostatistical methods, and healthcare leadership & management, Jordan founded ReadyWorks and set out to build something better.
